Brush Chipping Services

 

Brush chipping is an excellent option for debris removal if you decide to remove or trim your own trees, as it can be more economical than hauling and safer than burning. An added bonus is that our customers can chose to keep the chip mulch for landscaping or erosion control.  The total amount of debris from branches and leaves may well become overwhelming.

 

For those of you who don’t have the resources or time to dispose of the brush or decide the disposal portion is more than you want to take on, we offer an hourly brush chipping service. The rate for Wood Chipping is charged by the hour. The rate covers 2 man crew, chip truck, and chipper. We can supply extra personnel at an additional charge if a lot of dragging or other factors are involved. 

 

There is a set-up charge and then an hourly rate once the work commences. The chipper will chip material up to 8 inch diameter in any lengths. The set-up charge, which covers travel expenses and the minimum charge may be reduced if the job can be conveniently scheduled in with other local jobs. With the fuel situation, we do have minimum job cost

 

In a very reasonable amount of time, we can turn those bushes, brush and branches into small wood chips and remove them from your property or leave them with you for mulching.

 

The chipper will chip up to 8 inches in diameter and turn it into approx. 1" chips. Note: If placing chips around sensitive plants or vegetable gardens, it is recommended that you allow the chips to season for at least 6 months.

As far as scheduling, we can not commit to a date or time, as brush chipping jobs are usually worked in between other jobs when we are in the area and done when the opportunity presents itself. We do make the pledge to complete it as soon as possible.
